The Bucket List

Nat Henry had a bucket list long before he was very ill and we actually were afraid we might lose this wonderful human being. He rattled off the list with his branded humor and made us laugh, instead of worry about the day we might lose him. On the list was his desire to ride in Rolling Thunder and visit The Wall in Washington, DC. Thanks to his dear friend, Monica Cash, I had the honor to escort him on the run. He sat tall on the back of the trike as we rode through the streets of DC lined with patriots waving and holding signs that read "Thank You" and "Welcome Home". I will never forget that day or Nat's gratitude, humility, and joy. It is too cliched to say that he will be missed; it will be much more than that. God Speed, Nat ( and I hope you get that last bucket list wish).💖
