I've known Joe Ledbetter for most of my life. We attended the old Slagle School in Cartoogechaye together. And over the last few years I've found Joe to be an extremely good friend and genuinely friendly to everyone whom he came into contact with. I will miss him greatly. A good guy is gone from among us.
