Mary Lenoir Wallace, 87, of Franklin, passed away Monday, June 15, 2015.

Born in Macon County, she was the daughter of the late Benjamin B. Lenoir and Lucinda C. Huckaby Lenoir. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George Hilton Wallace who died February 7, 2002; brothers, J.B., Leon, John, Benny and Bill; sisters, Nell Harrison, Ada Florence Leatherwood and Shirley Waldroop. Mary was a member of Mount Hope Baptist Church.

She is survived by her son, Larry Hilton Wallace and wife Debbie of Franklin; daughter, Sharon Wallace Simons of Franklin; three sisters, Virginia Ramey, Marie Holland and Jody Sellers all of Franklin; five grandchildren, Derek Wallace, Karri Wallace, Corey Simons, Chad Simons and Chase Simons; five great grandchildren, Landon Wallace, Cooper Wildcatt, Carter Simons, Bryce Wallace and Jude Simons and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, June 17, in the Chapel of Macon Funeral Home. Rev. Roy Lowe and Don Moffitt will officiate. Burial will be in the Woodlawn Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 12:00-2:00 p.m. Wednesday, prior to the service at Macon Funeral Home.

Nephews will serve as Pallbearers.
