The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Carl Troy Woodbury can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

A true Soldier Has Gone Home

It was my honor to have known Bro Woodbury As a pre-teen I remember his revival services he held for our church the First Bible Baptist in Manassas Pk Va. He preached 19 times at our church and had a great part in the success of our church. He preached the old Paths the true word of God never compromising. My dad went home to be with the Lord a year and a half ago I know Bro Carl and Dad are rejoicing today with the Lord.

Our prayers are with Ruth and the family but his race was complete and a job well done now he has entered into his rest and we soon will be there with him and our love ones. When we get to heaven we then will see the true results of this soldier life and the rewards he will recieve. In Christ John Turner
