We were so shocked to hear the news about Mr. Frank. We had the privilege of meeting the Hoopers earlier this year. Mr. Frank was one of our most favorite patients. He was so kind and appreciative. It was a pleasure to be able to care for Mr. Frank during this past year. Mrs. Hooper took excellent care of Mr. Frank (and spoiled him rotten!). We are thinking of your sweet family and you all are in our prayers.
