Louis John Capaforte, 74, of Franklin, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, May 6, 2018.

Born in Bronx, NY, he was son of the late, Rudolph Capaforte and Marian Dadado Capaforte. Louis was a US Army veteran, retired private investigator; owner of the Franklin Flea Market and was a member of the Walnut Creek Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Patricia Ann Waters Capaforte; four children, Donald Capaforte (Jeana) of Franklin, NC, Suzan Capaforte (Harry)of Charlotte, NC, Tony Capaforte of Garner, NC and Julie Capaforte of Franklin, NC; sister, Marian of Miami, FL; six grandchildren, John Samuel Testa (Jessica), Anna Marie Testa, Amelia Lauren Capaforte Jones (Tom), Anthony Louis Capaforte (Ruthie), Garrett Anthony Capaforte and Taytem Ann Capaforte; and two great grandchildren, Adelaide Kinsey Capaforte and Audrey Sophia Testa.
