Obituary for Hunter Anthony Curtis

Hunter Anthony  Curtis
Hunter Anthony Curtis, 22, of Franklin, died Saturday, March 26, 2016.

Born in Macon County, he was the son of Tony and Monica Stiles Curtis. He was a 2011 FHS graduate and was the third generation to work in the family business at Curtis TV/Radio Shack. Hunter attended Discover Church; he was an animal lover, enjoyed big trucks, dirt bikes and riding Jet Skis. His favorite thing was music, singing and playing the guitar; Hunter enjoyed life to the fullest and was always the life of the party. He was greatly loved by his family and friends and will be missed by all who knew him.

In addition to his parents, Tony and Monica Stiles Curtis, he is survived by a sister, Morgan Curtis and Derik Breedlove of Demorest, GA; paternal grandparents, Verlin and Marvel Curtis; maternal grandparents, Fred and Nina Stiles; aunts and uncles, Jamie Stiles (Tammy), Pam Pattillo (Rocky), Freda Stiles, Susan Parker (Jim), Steve Curtis (Cindy) and Karen Curtis Leslie (David) and many cousins and extended family.

Funeral Service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, March 31, at Discover Church. Rev. Steve Reeves, Rev. Patrick Trawick and Rev. Ben Windle will officiate. Burial will be in the Woodlawn Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, March 30, at Macon Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Chris Dills, Austin Shuler, Chris Southard, Kyle Southard, Dylan Wyatt, Luke Geigerich, Quinton Pattillo, Grant Stiles and Kellen Stiles. Honorary Pallbearers will be James Parker and Daniel Parker.
