Condolence: Momma always said all she did was bring you into this world and after that I raised you. As hard as it is to loose you, I'm thankful you're no longer in pain. So many memories of the good times we shared to hold on to. Riding the dirt bikes, eating pancakes at the beach, football games, picking up cow patties for daddy's roses, and BBQ's at home. You will be dearly missed Baby Brother.

Condolence: Carla, Robin and Connie, and all of Shawn's family,

Billy and I are so sorry about the loss of Shawn. I have so many fond memories of all of us cousins playing together at Granny's house...climbing on top of the grain bin, waving a red bandana at the bull to see if it really would get mad like Uncle Jake said it would, playing on the tractor, etc. Shawn had been through a lot in his life but he is at peace now. All of you are in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. Love you

Condolence From: Glenn Pierce
Condolence: On behalf of the staff at Mountain Trace Rehabilitation and Nursing Center I would like to extend our condolences regarding Shawn's passing.

On a personal note, In the four short months I have been here as administrator I had come to know Shawn well. We talked often and had lunch together many times. My big regret is that we never were able to get Shawn the pizza he wanted from the resturart in Bryson City!

Thank you for giving us the opportunity of caring for Shawn and we will miss him.

Yours,
Glenn Pierce
