William Carl "Bill" Jorgensen, 96, of Franklin, North Carolina passed away at home on March 13, 2024.
Survived by his wife of 27 years, Barbara Jorgensen. Preceded in death by 2 Daughters- Jill Vehr and Tracy Jorgensen and 2 Grandchildren- Leander Siegel and Jamie Kharlin.
Survived also by 3 Daughters- Dr. Rebekah Jorgensen, Dr. Wendy Jorgensen, and Seanne Jorgensen, and Son- William (Bill) Jorgensen. His 8 Grandchildren and 6 Great-Grandchildren.
Bill was a well-known radio commentator and TV News Anchor spending 16 years in New York (WPIX, WNEW, and Independent News). He was a Veteran in the Army and served in Guam.
