Tony Louis Hernandez, born April 8, 1946, in Tampa, FL, current resident of Franklin, NC, passed peacefully Thursday January 25, 2024.

Tony was raised in his family's bakeries and was recruited by Publix Supermarket where he worked as a manager for 38 years. He retired to live full time in Franklin, NC in 2009 where he then opened Life's Bounty Bakery/Cafe and Event Center. Whilst living in Tampa, Tony was dedicated to the Shriners and volunteering in the community. That same dedication shined in Franklin with his desire to work with Main St merchants to brainstorm opportunities to make downtown Franklin thrive, volunteer with the Republican party, orchestrate fundraising with event center, was an honorary member of Rotary Club, and most of all Tony loved sharing his passion of baking and mentoring.

Survived by wife Renee Hernandez, two daughters Megan Ritter, Amanda Hernandez, as well as two grandchildren Joshua and Addison.

Family service in FL will be held at a later date.
