Obituary
Timothy Joseph Brown, 71, of Franklin, went home to be with Jesus on Saturday, September 24.
He was born April 18, 1951, to Irene and John Brown in Pasadena, California. He is preceded in death by his brothers David and John.
He is survived by his wife, Christina, his brother Tom of Kennesaw, GA, his sons; Derek Brown of Paso Robles, California, Ian Lister of Franklin, Nicholas Lister of Franklin, and daughters; Desere Brown, of Paso Robles, California, Danielle Brown of Ft Myers, Florida, and Patty Montez of Bakersfield, California.
Tim drove truck for 14 years in California. After moving to North Carolina, he was a carpenter/painter. He loved to grill and smoke for friends and family. His burgers and steaks will be missed!
He didn't know a stranger and would share the gospel with anyone who would listen.
A celebration of life will be held Saturday, October 1, 2022, at 2pm at Franklin Covenant Church. Rev. Bobby Crawford will officiate.
