Theresa Ann Russell Bairley, 62, of Franklin, NC, passed away on Tuesday, September 22, 2026.

She was born in Martin County, Florida to Earl James Russell and the late Louise Phillips. In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her brother, Dale Phillips and a grandson Branson Talley.

She worked in the food industry as a waitress. She liked gardening and loved her family, especially her grandkids.

She is survived by her children, Melissa Walker (Joseph Barker), Jonathan Talley. Four grandchildren, Fina, Kora, Nia, Alaric; siblings, James “Shorty” Russell, Roger “Cricket” Phillips, father, Earl Russell (LulaBell), stepfather, Roger Phillips; and several nieces and nephews.

A gathering of friends and family will be held at a later date.
