Shirley Ann Ulmer Mann, 82 of Franklin, NC, passed away Thursday, February 6, 2025.
Shirley was born to the late Herbert Lee and Mary Darwin Russell. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Grant Ulmer and daughter, Jade Ulmer. She enjoyed life, especially the outdoors.
She is survived by her husband, Charles Mann; son, Grant Ulmer (Holly); grandsons, Grant Lee Ulmer, Anthony Trujillo (Maggie), Marcel Shaw, Emanuel Shaw; great grandchildren; Charlie Trujillo, Maddie Trujillo, Kayden Trujillo; and sister, Anita Kokes.
