Harry Shawn Henry, 49, of Franklin, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, November 8, 2023.

Shawn was the son of Harry "Mack" and Mary Hodgin Henry. He was a member of Burningtown Baptist Church. He loved hunting, fishing, ginseng digging, gardening, and just being outdoors. He was a FHS class of 1992 graduate and went on to graduate from Haywood Community College with a degree in welding. He worked at Grandview Manor for 16 years where he loved his job and all who knew him, loved him. He always had a smile for everyone.

He is survived by his parents, Mack and Mary Henry; daughter, Kaylee Henry; his love adopted sisters, Susan Cook and Pam Mathis; and special friends, Brian and Deborah Strum. He leaves behind many memories and will always be held dear in his mother's heart.

A graveside service will be held at 2:30 pm, Sunday, November 12, at Burningtown Baptist Church Cemetery. Rev. Brandon Crone will officiate.
