Sandra "Sandy" Bradley, 57, of Bryson City, NC. passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones on Thursday, November 16, 2023.

Sandy was born in Gastonia, NC to the late William "Bill" and Evelyn "Faye" Hastings. Sandy worked at many restaurants in Franklin where she made many friends. In 2009, she received her GED, which she was proud of. Sandy loved spending time with family and friends, going camping, traveling to the beach, enjoyed joking around and making people laugh. Sandy was a guiding light and Mom for many others.

She is survived by her husband Phillip Bradley; Three children; Ashley Henry (Tommy) of Franklin, William "Bill" Bowman of Bryson City, and Steven Bowman of Franklin. Two adopted children; Jonathan Ledford of Waynesville and Matthew Anderson of Bryson City. Three sisters, Linda Harbuck and Betty Reece of Franklin, Lillian Hastings of Crestview FL. One brother, Ronald "Pete" Carpenter of Franklin. Six grandchildren, Clark Henry, Natalie Henry, Tucker Bowman, Elly Bowman, Corbin Henry, and Curtis Bowman. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held at 1pm Wednesday, November 22nd at the Chapel of Macon Funeral Home with Rev. Barry Bowman officiating. The family will receive friends from 11am to 1pm, two hours prior to the service.
