Obituary
Rickie Clebert Brown, 60, of Franklin, passed away on Wednesday, September 4, 2019.
Born in Ypsilanti, MI, he was the son of the late Roy Clebert Brown and Arlene Nelson Brown. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by four brothers and sisters, Naomi, Diana, R.C. and Hank Douglas Brown and one nephew, Dougie Tordy. Rickie owned and operated his own wallpaper and painting business for 20 years. He attended Holly Springs Baptist Church where he enjoyed singing in the choir and was active with CareNet and the Rotary Club.
He is survived by his son, Eric Brown of Thornton, CO; two sisters, Judith Jones and Tammie Farrell both of Franklin; one brother, George Brown of Florida; two nieces, Brianna and Alyssa Burk; granddaughter, Lucy and special friends, Margaret Clark and Nancy Stanley.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Noon on Saturday, November 2nd at Holly Springs Baptist Church.
The family will receive friends from 11-12:00 pm, prior to the service at the church.
