Mr. Richard Francis Lifter, 89, of Franklin died Wednesday October 28, 2020 at his home surrounded by his family.
A graveside service will be held Monday November 2, 2020 at 2:00 P.M. at the Woodlawn Cemetery in Franklin, NC. Rev. Tim McQuitty will officiate, Macon funeral home is in charge of the arrangements.
