Reva Tallent Jones, age 83, passed away Monday, August 5, 2024.
Reva was born in Macon County to the late John Harve Tallent and Annie Mae Bates Tallent.
Reva was a devoted member of Prentiss Church of God. She was the epitome of a cheerful giver and strived to love others as Christ did.
In addition to her parents, Reva was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Dennie Jones; two sons, James Timothy Jones and Donald Dennie Jones; and son in law, Jerry Jenkins.
She is survived by her two daughters, Darlene Sizemore (John) and Vickie Patton, both of Franklin; grandchildren, Annie Jenkins, Jerry Jenkins, Brandy Jenkins, and Angel Conard; great grandchildren, Chris Jenkins and James Ellenburg; and great-great grandchildren, Joseph Jenkins Slaughter, and Bo Jenkins. She is also survived by her sister in law, Barbara Tallent; and her best friend, Rose.
