Rebecca Ann "Beckie" Huber, 72, of Franklin, NC, passed away on Wednesday, August 14, 2024.

Beckie was born in Clarksburgh, West VA, to the late Harold B and Rose Mary Greco Martin. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ervin Burrell. She worked for Macon Bank/Entegra until her retirement, in Operations. She was an animal lover, she had a special way with all animals, they knew she loved them and trusted her. Most of all she was an avid Elvis fan. She could tell you anything you needed to know, and once took friends to Graceland, and she drove them to the first home of Elvis and Priscilla.

She is survived by her brother, John Martin (Michelle)of Oregon; niece, Lisa Spann (Walt); nephews, John Martin II (Stacie) and Patrick Martin; great niece, Taylor Martin; sister-in-law, Janice Fredeen (Bob) of CA; and special friends and caregivers.

The family will receive friends Thursday, August 22nd from 10-11am at Macon Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held in the chapel at 11am, with Rev. Terry Dixon officiating. Burial will be at the Woodlawn Cemetery.

A special thank you to Donna Nix and Angie McGuire for the care and support they have given Beckie throughout the years. She loved them dearly and always knew that had her best interest in their hearts.
