Obituary
Peggy Annette Hines, 59, of Franklin, NC, passed away Saturday, August 23, 2025.
Peggy was born in Millville, NJ, to the late James Leonard and Katherine Lou McMahan Sheehan. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brother, Ricky Sheehan, sister, Kathy Sheehan at birth, and brothers, Tony and Jeffrey Sheehan. She attended Tessentee Baptist Church. She was a Pomeranian breeder and UT Vols fan. She loved going to Dollywood and having dinner with friends.
She is survived by her husband, Randy Hines; children, Matthew Woody (Leah), Brandi Deitz (Justin), Randy Hines II; God-Daughter, Danielle Moose-Williams (Frankie); siblings, David Sheehan (Terry), Sherry Silvers (Darryl) both of Burnsville, NC, Joyce Mahoney (Max) of Piedmont, SC; five grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends Thursday, August 28th, from 11am-1pm at Macon Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held following the visitation at Wright Cemetery. Rev. Matt Shuler will officiate.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Gideon Bibles or Plant a Tree.
