Patricia “Patty” Ann Dorman TenEyck, 81, passed away peacefully in her home, surrounded by family on Saturday, December 20, 2025.

She is survived by five children, eight grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Hubert Alfred TenEyck, Jr.

Patricia was born in Jacksonville, Fl, in 1944, and moved to Franklin, NC in 1988, where she opened “Patty Cakes” Bakery, which successfully and deliciously served the community for 20 years until she retired.

Patricia was an active member of her church and spread the news of the gospel throughout her entire life.

Her greatest joy was her family to whom she was unswervingly devoted, supporting them with her time, energy, and presence whether it was a sporting event, band practice, and academic achievement or sentimental milestone.

A memorial service will be held at 11am on Saturday, January 17, 2026, at Pine Grove Baptist Church. The family will receive visitation at 10am. A fellowship reception will follow the service. Graveside committal will be 3pm and will culminate her celebration of life.
