Norma Kay Kline Marks, 82, of Franklin, NC, passed away on Sunday, February 1, 2026.

Born in Lewistown, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of the late Reuben and Lenore Robinson Kline. Norma spent a number of years working at the Franklin Chamber of Commerce, where she enjoyed connecting with the community she came to love.

She had a lifelong appreciation for the outdoors, especially gardening, and found joy in tending to the world around her. In her earlier years, she was an avid equestrian, participating in numerous events before moving to North Carolina. She also remained a devoted UCF football fan throughout her life.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Eugene Marks.

She is survived by her son, Daniel Lee Marks (Jenny) of Chapin, SC, and her beloved grandson, Joseph Clark Marks.

No services are planned at this time.
