Obituary
Nina Lee Martin, 68, of Franklin, NC passed away Wednesday, December 20, 2023.
Nina was the daughter of the late C.J. and Lorene Wood Crisp. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Wilma Mae Crisp. She loved cooking, gardening, and camping. She was a member of Walnut Creek Baptist Church and loved everyone.
She is survived by her companion, Mitchell Wilkes; siblings, Mary Sue Williams (Bill) of Franklin, Wanda Kay Jones (Lonnie) of Otto, Jodie Raby (Mickey) of Franklin; five nieces and nephews; numerous great and great-great nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held at 11am, Saturday, December 23rd in the Chapel of Macon Funeral Home. Rev. John Raby and Rev. Barry Bowman will officiate. The family will receive friends from 10-11am, one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in the Wilkes Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Cody Hodgin, Eric Jones, CJ Jones, Bobby Ledford, Mike Williams, and Stephen Tice.
