Louise "Shorty" Hazel Robinson Williams, 86, of Franklin, passed away on Monday, October 30, 2023. Born in Haywood County, she was the daughter of the late Albert Moore and Mildred Madelyn Marlow Robinson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Hank Levi Williams; and two brothers, Joe Robinson formerly of Franklin, NC, and Wendal Robinson formerly of Bethel, NC. Mrs. Williams was of the Baptist faith, loved to thrift shop and reading. She loved all animals, especially dogs, but she loved "Millie" the most. "Shorty" is survived by her son, Michael Breedlove and his wife Nola of Mars Hill, NC; two brothers, Dan Robinson and wife Lolly of Waynesville, NC, and Sam Robinson and wife Gerri of Glenville, NC; and one sister, Mona Henson of Franklin, NC. A special niece, Kim Loy of Franklin; two special great nephews, Dusty, and Shawn; and numerous other nieces and nephews also survive. No Services are currently planned. In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the Appalachian Animal Rescue, P.O. Box 81, Franklin, NC 28744.
