Lonnie E. Giles, age 60, of Cumming, GA, passed away on February 23rd, 2024. Lonnie was an entrepreneur and founder of Georgia Automated Access. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and brother. He was born in Rahway, NJ, on February 6th, 1964, to the late Paul Edwin Giles and Clara Florene Ansley.

Lonnie was an avid car collector who also found peace in the mountains of Franklin, NC, at the farm with his fur friend, Tobi. His greatest treasure was spending time with his family and friends.

He is survived by his wife, Shelia Harmon Giles; sons, Randie (Laura) Giles, Taylor (Katherine) Yontz; daughter, Lexi Giles; sisters Janice Giles Puckett Wood, Mary Giles Abernathy; brothers, Russell Giles, Scott (Tammy) Ansley; grandkids, Sofia Giles, Kalvin, Kristin, and Kane Yontz.

There will be a funeral service on Thursday, February 29th, 2024, in the chapel of Macon Funeral Home at 1:00 PM with the interment to follow at Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM until the time of service.
