Kenneth Leslie McKinney, 78, of Franklin, passed away Sunday, March 26, 2023.
He was born to the late Kenneth and Hazel McCollum McKinney in Liberal, KS. He was an electrical engineer for 29 years and served our country in the US Air Force.
He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Diana McKinney and sister, Patricia McKinney Gross of Castle Rock, CO.
