Obituary
Karen Sue Jenkins Cabe, 62, of Franklin, passed away on Monday, February 6, 2023.
Born in Crystal Lake, MI, she was the daughter of the late Fred and Shirley Baker Jenkins. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Virginia Scianimanico. Karen loved playing cards and visiting with her friends, but what she cherished the most was spending time with her granddaughter, Braylee.
She is survived by two sons, Dennis Michael Cabe (Amy), and Dustin Jake Cabe (Betina) both of Franklin, NC; granddaughter, Braylee Cabe; sister, Sue Watkins of Roswell, MI; and two brothers, Freddie Jenkins of Clarksville, TN, and Michael Jenkins of Mt Pleasant, MI. Also surviving are numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
A celebration of life will be at 2pm on Saturday, February 18, in the Chapel of Macon Funeral Home.
The family will receive friends from 1pm to 2pm, one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
