Kamdyn Lanelle Morrow, 9, of Inman, SC, passed away on Friday, March 20, 2026. Born in Hendersonville, NC, she was the beloved daughter of Dakota Morrow and MaKayla Martin Morrow.

Kamdyn was diagnosed with cancer in May 2025, and throughout her journey she showed extraordinary courage, strength, and grace. She was a true cancer warrior, inspiring everyone who walked beside her.

A bright and creative soul, Kamdyn loved arts and crafts, painting, drawing, and spending time outdoors. She especially enjoyed playing with her dog, Darla, and taking walks with all of her dogs. Riding Peloton with her mom, Courtney, brought her joy, as did listening to contemporary Christian music. Kamdyn loved deeply and openly—her family, her friends, and above all, the Lord.

She is survived by her parents, Dakota and Courtney Morrow; her sisters, Maliah Stepp and Liliann Stepp; her grandparents, Tim and Marcia Moore, Angela Morrow; her aunts and uncles, Chris Moore, Autumn Moore, Ashley Moore, Brian Anderson, Destiny Morrow, and Dixie Morrow; cousins, Sawyer Winkler, Mason Winkler, Ennslie Moore, Emma Moore; and her great-grandparents. She was cherished by many and will be forever missed.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, March 28th, from 12:00–1:00 p.m. at Macon Funeral Home. A memorial service will follow at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel, with Rev. Matt Shuler officiating. Burial will take place in the Longview Baptist Church Cemetery, with Rev. Clark Moss officiating.

Kamdyn’s light touched countless lives, and her memory will continue to shine in the hearts of all who loved her.
