It is with heavy hearts and much sadness that the family announces the untimely passing of Judith (Judi) Longworth. She passed away on March 15, 2025, at Angel Medical Center in Franklin, NC. She was born on June 23, 1939, in Harvey, Illinois. She was 85 years old.

Mrs. Longworth was a founding member and president of The Order of the Confederate Rose, member of the United Daughters of the Confederacy, member of Morrison Presbyterial Church, past president of Angel Medical Auxiliary Volunteer Program, past president of Heritage Mountain Property Owners Association and retired from Withlacoochee River Electric Cooperative in Hudson, Florida.

She was preceded in death by her son, Keith Longworth. She is survived by her husband Robert (Bob) Longworth , of Otto, NC; children Holly Sliz (Rich) of Hudson, FL, Kevin Longworth (Jessica) of Bradenton, FL, Hilary Helmer(Paul) of Otto, NC, and Kristi Longworth Ballew (Alan) of Franklin, NC; grandchildren Bryce Sliz (Samantha) of Parkland, FL, Savannah Helmer of Asheville, NC, Tristan Longworth of Franklin, NC, Lauryn Longworth of Franklin, NC and great grandsons , Theo Sliz of Parkland, FL and Jasper Sliz of Parkland, FL.

A private Celebration of Life will be held in the near future.
