Joshua Wade Reynolds, born on November 1, 1988, in Sylva, North Carolina, entered into eternal rest at home in Otto, North Carolina, on August 4, 2024. He was 35 years old.

Joshua was the beloved son of Albert Wayne Reynolds and Carol Ann (Seys) Reynolds. He graduated from Franklin High School in 2007, where he made many cherished memories with friends and teachers.

A true music enthusiast, Joshua had a special fondness for bands like the Grateful Dead and Uncle Kracker. He often found joy in losing himself in melodies, and music was a constant companion in his life. In addition to music, he loved to watch movies, enjoy video games on his PlayStation, and take walks with his cherished dog, Chuy.

Joshua is survived by his loving parents, Albert and Carol; as well as a close-knit family of uncles and aunts, including Cynthia Hacker, Steven Seys, Laura Slagle (John), Alan Seys, Linda Perry (Chuck), Wade Reynolds (Sherry) and many dear cousins. He will be incredibly missed by all who knew him.

A memorial service to honor Joshua's life will be held at the Franklin First Assembly of God on September 7th at 1:00 pm.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Macon Funeral Home to assist with service arrangements.

He will be remembered for his kind spirit, vibrant personality, and the happiness he brought to those around him.
