Jeffrey James Cannon, 44, of Hayesville, passed away on Saturday, November 2, 2013.

Born in Wichita, KS, he was the son of Rev. James E. Cannon and Louise Cannon. Jeffrey loved playing guitar, hunting, fishing, wood carving and collecting stones and arrow heads. He was a member of The Assemblies of God.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by two children, Tiffany Ensley and husband Timothy of Blue Ridge, GA and Christopher Slade Cannon of Franklin; three brothers, Johnny Ray Cannon and wife Renee of Brasstown, NC, Ronnie Dean Cannon and wife Kelly of Brooksville, FL and Darrell Wayne Cannon and wife Patty of Anthony, FL and one granddaughter, Charity Marie Ensley.

Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, November 7th in the Chapel of Macon Funeral Home. Dr. Charles Kelly will officiate. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Johnny Ray Cannon, Ronnie Dean Cannon, Darrell Wayne Cannon, David Holliway, Timothy Ensley and Scott Knibbs.
