Janice Sontag, age 82, passed away Wednesday, February 26, 2025.
Janice was born in a suburb of Chicago to the late Kenneth and Merrien Youpel. She had a heart for others and an even bigger heart for animals. A woman of many talents, she especially liked to paint.
She is survived by her husband of nearly 63 years, Carl Sontag; two children, Kelley Sontag Bates (Ricky Dale) and Kenneth Sontag; four grandchildren, Violet, Kelsie, Scott, and Payton; and ten great grandchildren.
No services are planned.
