James M. Hogan, 65, of Franklin, passed away Saturday, April 18, 2009. Born in Battle Creek, Michigan, he was the son of the late James Hogan and Alice Bentley Hogan. James worked for the Cullasaja Club in Highlands, was a member of Longview Baptist Church and was an avid fisherman.
He is survived by two sons, Trevor Hogan and wife Chris of Denver, CO and Travis Hogan of Denver, CO and granddaughter, Rachael Hogan of Denver, CO.
Funeral Service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, April 23, in the Chapel of Macon Funeral Home. Rev. Nick Smith will officiate. Burial will be in the Oak Hill Cemetery, Battle Creek, Michigan.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, April 22, at Macon Funeral Home.
