Obituary
Henry Lee Powell, Jr., 81, of Franklin, NC passed away on Sunday, July 21, 2013.
Born in Stone Mountain, GA, he was the son of the late Henry Lee Powell, Sr. and Marjorie L. Pittman Powell Warren. Henry was a retired building contractor in the Atlanta area.
He is survived by his wife Cynthia Callahan Powell; son, Rick Powell of Lawrenceville, GA; step son, Daniel Cash and wife Jennifer of Grayson, GA and four grandchildren.
A Memorial Service will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, July 28, in the Chapel of Macon Funeral Home. Rev. Albert Grey will officiate. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
Memorial donations can be made to the Habitat for Humanity, PO Box 1585, Franklin, NC 28744.
