Heaven Lee Scent, 41, of Franklin, North Carolina, went to be with the Lord on January 11, 2025. She was born in Buncombe County, on August 8, 1983, to the late Stephen Scent and Caren Rickman, who survives her.

Heaven was a native of Franklin and enjoyed the area and being very active. She was a member of Snow Hill United Methodist Church. She liked being outside and gardening. She also liked to ride motorcycles and enjoyed boating. Most of all she loved being a mother and was very family oriented.

She is survived by her husband Nathan Sebring; four children, Justin, Malyka, Tyler and Kelcie; one grandson, Zion and two brothers, Tanner and Gavin Scent.

In addition to her father, she is preceded in death by one brother, Nathan Dills and grandparents, Mary and Erwin Rickman.

A private celebration of life will be held at a later date.
