Harriet Elizabeth Osborne, 87, of Franklin, passed away Wednesday, July 11, 2018.
Born in Bloomington, IL, she was the daughter of the late Harry Hastings and Ethel Burnette Hastings.
She is survived by her husband, Edward Osborne, Sr.; daughter, Nancy McLeod; son, Edward Osborne, Jr. and two grandchildren.
