Glen Wayne DuBridge, 76, of Franklin, NC gained his wings and went to be with his Savior on Monday, May 27, 2024.

Glen was born in Chicago Heights, IL to the late Leslie and Minnie Mueller DuBridge. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Arlene DuBridge, and brother, Wayne DuBridge. Glen was best described by three things that last forever and it can be found in 1 Corinthians 13:13. "And now abideth faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these is charity". He always professed his faith publicly and shared with all he met. His hope was plentiful, and he never gave up. And most of all his love for everyone was the best kind of love. If you had the privilege to be loved by him, you were a lucky one. He will be greatly missed, and we will never be loved the same.

He is survived by his wife, Sue DuBridge; children, Brian DuBridge (Kim), Kyle DuBridge (Tasha); grandchildren, Caleb DuBridge (Shanna), Landon DuBridge (Ashley), Maya DuBridge (Harley), Taylor Lee, Tara Lee; sisters, Donna May Sailsbery and Elaine Nail.

A funeral service will be held Saturday, June 1st at 9:30am, at Resurrection Lutheran Church. The family will receive friends 9:00-9:30 am, thirty minutes prior to the service. Rev. Glenn Roseman will officiate. Burial will take place at Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church Cemetery in Crete, IL.
