Obituary
Edward Russell Cruse, 50, of Franklin, NC, passed away on Monday, October 30, 2023.
Edward is the son of Lee Cruse and Polly Baysden Cortez. He enjoyed building and tinkering on things. He was a great family person and loved spending time with his grandkids.
He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Polly Potter Cruse; son, Jeffrey Braydin Cruse (fiancé, Lillian Doughty); siblings, Adam Sawyer, Samuel Sawyer, Amber Beeson; three grandchildren, Vaylin Price, Atlas, and Elizibeth "Ladybug" Cruse.
A funeral service will be held Monday, November 6 at 2pm in the Chapel of Macon Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 1-2pm, one hour prior to the service. Rev. Steve Reeves will officiate. Burial will be in the Woodlawn Cemetery.
