Dorothy Smith, 71, of Tazewell, TN, on Friday, June 27, 2025.
Dorothy was born in Cincinnati, Ohio to the late Jacob and Elsie Brooks Carey.
She is survived by her children, Charlene Minor, Vickie Huff (Brian); grandchildren, Joseph Austin Greene (Ali Noah), Devin Traye Minor (Madison Minor), Dylan Parker (Kimmerly Lyford); sisters, Florence Campbell, Shirley Lloyd; several nieces and nephews.
A private family service will be held at a later date.
