Darothy Sue Davis, 76, of Franklin, passed away July 7, 2014.

Born in Glendale, FL, she was the daughter of the late Michael Wilkerson and Cleo Brown Wilkerson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, John Wilkerson. Darothy was a member of Cullasaja Assembly of God; she was a former all-star softball and basketball player; loved to play golf and paint. She was a retired beauty consultant.

She is survived by her husband of 58 years, John W. Davis; nephew, Wayne Wilkerson and niece, Patricia Gregory.

Funeral Service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, July 12, in the Chapel of Macon Funeral Home. Rev. Don Moffitt, Rev. Forest Jones and Rev. Lou Rogers will officiate.

The family will receive friends from 1-2 p.m. Saturday, prior to the service.

Macon Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
