Dalton Anderson Mathis, age 23, passed away September 24, 2024.

Dalton spent his short 23 years living life to the fullest and never missed a chance to be the life of the party. He loved football, especially the Seattle Seahawks and he loved being outside.

He loved his family and friends, but more than anyone or anything- he loved his three year old son, Mason.

Dalton was preceded in death by his sister, Mellissa Mathis; grandfather, Fred Mathis; and uncle, DJ Richards.

He is survived by his son and light of his life, Mason Harrington; mother and stepfather, Jennifer Richards and Ron Wickham; guardian parents, Dave and Lisa Bates; grandmother, Betty Roberts; grandfather, Don Richards; siblings, Catrina Baker, Kayla Mathis, Brandon Mathis, Lindsey Higdon, and Billy Higdon; and nephew, Braxton Bracy. Dalton is also survived by countless friends including Jonathan Ore, Ryan Craig, and Christian Vasallo.

The family will hold a celebration of life at a later date.
