Obituary
Cora Lee Mason Campbell, 76, of Franklin, passed away Saturday, July 11, 2009.
Born in Macon County, she was the daughter of the late Roy Mason and Christine Roper Mason. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William Campbell and five brothers, James, Gene, Marion, Clyde and Howard. Cora Lee was a member of Olive Hill Gospel Chapel. She loved ginseng hunting, fishing and music.
She is survived by five children, Linda Cook of Franklin, Donna R. Green, Thomas B. Price, Benny Lee Price and Durman R. Price all of Winston Salem, NC; one brother, Marvin Mason of Franklin; several grandchildren and great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral Service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, July 14, in the Chapel of Macon Funeral Home. Rev. Barry Bowman will officiate. Burial will be in the Tippett Cemetery.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Macon Funeral Home.
Macon Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
