Charles "William" Woodring, 60, of Franklin, passed away on Monday, April 14, 2014.
Born in Jackson County, NC, he was the son of the late James Lewis Woodring and Eullia Reed Woodring. He loved to build birdhouses and jewelry boxes and loved being outdoors.
He is survived by his companion Patricia Mathis; two children; brothers and sisters, May, Elaine, Mamie, Barbara, Dan, Robert and Thurman; grandson, Matthew Burrell and two great grandchildren, Miles and Trinity.
Graveside Service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, April 25, at Mount Zion Cemetery. The family will receive friends 30 minutes prior to the service at the cemetery.
