Charles Woodrow Justice, Jr., passed away on Tuesday, July 11, 2023.

Born in Bartow, FL, he was the son of the late Charles Woodrow Justice, Sr., and the late Jean Baggett Justice McKee. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Robert Justice. Mr. Justice proudly served on the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower in the United States Navy. After leaving the Navy, Mr. Justice worked as a Maintenance Engineer at the Vogtle Nuclear Power plant for 32 years.

Charles is survived by his wife of 20 years, Melanie Birdsong Justice; two sons, Brad and his wife, DeNeal of Gatlingburg, TN, and Steven of South FL; one brother, David of Tampa, FL; and two grandchildren, Zachary and Madison.

The family will have a Celebration of Life Saturday, September 9, at 11am at the McCoy Bridge, off Hwy 28 N. Casual dress and service details as follows:

12:00 Lunch at the Justice Home
