Obituary
Brenda Kiser Gilkey, 77, passed away on Tuesday December 5, 2023.
She was the daughter of the late O'Wood and Dorothy Dalrymple Kiser. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Wade Gilkey. She was an active member of Mt. Hope Baptist Church.
She is survived by her son, Ross Shields (Kathy); brother, Dale Kiser (Kay); granddaughter, Rochelle Copeland; great grandsons, Damian Copeland and Andrew Copeland, all of Franklin. She is also survived by special friends, Randal and Donna Peak and Eugenia Crawford.
A memorial service will be held at 1pm on Saturday, January 13, 2024, at Mt. Hope Baptist Church. Rev. Brian Pitts will officiate.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Mt. Hope Baptist Church.
