Claude "Bill" William Perry Jr, 84, of Franklin NC, left his earthly home to be with Jesus on Saturday, September 7, 2024.

Bill was born in Miami, FL, to the late Claude Sr. and Elsie Jordan Perry. Bill joined the Air Force and went home for the weekend with a friend to South Dakota, and met the love of his life, his friend's sister, Lois Jendersee. He was a past member of the Lions Club, Boy Scouts Troop 229 Leader, and President of Gem Capital Auto Club. He was the founder of Bills Aluminum Products. He enjoyed everything that had anything to do with cars and auto racing. He was a great fisherman in South Florida. Bill always had a smile on his face and loved talking to everyone. He was a member of Pine Grove Baptist Church for 18 years, where he was loved by all fellow members.

He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Lois Ann Perry; son, Craig Perry (Ladonna); grandson, Case Perry; granddaughters, Brielle, Christa, Coral and Macy Perry; and many nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 10-11am, Thursday, September 12, 2024, at Macon Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life will be held at 11am in the Chapel. Rev. Greg Rogers and Tim Hogsed will officiate.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Pine Grove Baptist Church Building Fund.
