Bertha "Betty" Lillian Floyd, 85, of Franklin, NC passed away Sunday, November 9, 2025.

Betty was born in Litchfield, Illinois, to the late John and Anna Teakert Goetz. She was a member of Cornerstone Presbyterian Church. She retired from Kmart, where she greeted all customers with a smile. She loved the Lord and her church family and friends were very special to her. She was kind and caring, but also funny and strong-willed. She always made everyone feel special. Her favorite word was JOY. She was loved by all who knew her.

She is survived by her daughter, Bobbie Mohr (John); sons, Taylor Mohr, (Paige) of Edinburgh, IN, Marshall Mohr of Terre Haute, IN; granddaughter, Janis Brotherton; step granddaughter, Maddie Zook; and sister, Darlene Courtoise.

We have the blessed hope knowing we will see her again in eternity with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

The family will have a private celebration of life.
