Amber Latisha Klatt, 38, of Franklin, passed away on Friday, September 22, 2023.
Born in Macon County, she was the daughter of Sandra Kay Green and Kevin Klatt. Amber loved to sing, do crafts, and write poetry. She had attended Franklin Church of God. She was preceded death by her son, Dakota Williamson; her grandfather, Al Klatt; and grandmother, Rosa Lee Hodgins.
Amber is survived by her mother, Sandra Kay Green of Franklin; father, Kevin Klatt of Franklin; sons, Brendan Williamson of Franklin, and Quinton Williamson of KY; sister, Megan Klatt of Gastonia, NC; 2 brothers, Adam Klatt and Evan Klatt, both of Franklin; grandmother, Lila Klatt; and grandfather, Jack Hodgins of Franklin.
A Celebration of Life will be on Monday, October 2, at 2pm in the chapel of Macon Funeral Home.
The family will receive friends from 1pm to 2pm, prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Life's Challenge of WNC, PO Box 2553, Cullowhee, NC 28723.
