Longview, WA: Allen Wayne Elkins, 74, passed away December 7, 2021. A Celebration of Life will be held April 3, 2022 at LifeSpring Community Church, Franklin, NC at 2pm. Rev. Don Moffitt will officiate and the American Legion Post 108/VFW Post 7339 Honor Guard will conduct military rights. A full obituary will be offered at a later date.
