Joyce, I was shocked and saddened to hear Bill had taken his final journey but joy entered my heart because I knew he was with the Lord. Both of you are fine friends and Christians. My prayers are with you and your family for peace and comfort at this time. I loved Bill and I love you.

Joyce and family:
Bill was not only my Sunday School Assistant Teacher, but he was also my friend and Larry's as well. He had a great knowledge of the Bible and was so faithful to our church. This has been a difficult time for all of us and now we are grieving for Bill. To Joyce and family, I pray that you will feel God's love in every caring word and that you will know that His love is in the hope to come. When I think of Bill, there is a sense of great loss, but also of peace that he is with God. With sympathy and prayers and love,
Sue Shope

I left the area in 1979, but Mr. Bill and Mrs. Joyce were always two of my favorite people. I remember Mr. Bill did not want anyone to use wrapping paper for gifts. He told them to use the comics. Well, Mr. Bill, because of you, I rip open all my gifts! I love you all, and I'm sorry for y'all's loss. I will be praying for your peace and comfort.
